CONCERT MEMORIES:

I was 14 years old.  I went to the concert with two of my cousins 13 and 11 years old.  My aunt drove us there and dropped us off. Soon after we got out of the car, my youngest cousin says "I brought a knife - in case there's any trouble".  Now, we were not thugs or trouble-makers by any stretch of the imagination.  It was just a jack-knife, but I still don't know what he was thinking.  Luckily they didn't search us at the gate, and even more luckily, he never took the knife out of his pocket.  The only other thing I remember is that we sat at the complete opposite end of the arena from the stage and it was so loud that we couldn't tell who was on the stage - Rick Derringer or Aerosmith. 

It's a lame story, I know, but there you have it.
